The Life Work Planning Series of Workshops

Life Work Planning (LWP) is a holistic approach to career planning.  It is focused on personal growth, job performance and organizational effectiveness.  The strategy concentrates on life long learning that empowers the practitioners with the knowledge and skills to better manage life work changes, opportunities, and challenges.  In addition, it introduces concepts and practices that foster balancing life and work.

The introductory LWP workshop consists of assessment testing of personality, interest and aptitude.  The feedback can be given individually or in a group format.  Visions2000 Inc. uses a variety of measurement tools including the following:
