T.A.L.K is a workshop that addresses the complexities of working and communicating in a multi-aged workforce. Participants Talk about the generational issues. They Acknowledge the differences and discuss how from these differences growth and knowledge is achieved. They Learn the value of generational perspectives. They Kick-out old habits that create barriers. The workshop introduces skills, strategies and insights to eliminate generational conflict, to strengthen communication, to collaborate and promote respect. The curriculum is focused on: age based assumptions, communication styles, perceptions, technology, work ethic, and loyalty.
